The Search for Global Justice
Addressing inequality in the use of the worlds resources
The message presented in this forceful program is clear: the current massive inequality in the use of the worlds resources must be addressed, if we all are to survive. The finger is pointed not so much at governments as at global corporations who are now seen as the dominant world powers. Economic growth cannot be reconciled with sustainability, yet it is the leaders of major corporations who make decisions that ultimately control the quality of life for everyone on the planet.
The Search for Global Justice examines how the doctrine of economic growth is affecting life in various parts of the world, including India, Japan and the Pacific nations and the rising tide of alternative voices from within the worlds wealthy nations.
