Peters World Map : Folded, unlaminated
Showing countries in their correct proportions
This full colour wall map illustrates the hidden bias of conventional map projections.
What makes the Peters Projection World Map so distinctive is that countries are shown in their correct proportions. Usually Europe appears much larger than South America - whereas it is in fact only half the size. This also means that the equator is placed in the middle, instead of the usual allocation of 2/3 of the map to the northern hemisphere, and only 1/3 to the southern hemisphere. The Peters Projection World Map gets it right.
This map is available in a laminated easy-clean format which can be marked with a felt-tip pen, or folded to A4 size and unlaminated.
850 x 600 mm.
