NI Archive 2009 CD-ROM : CD-ROM Only
For Windows, Mac and Linux
Think of any of the great global issues that confront us: the arms trade, terrorism, globalisation, poverty, climate change ... Where do you turn for an analysis that isnt tainted by Big Money or Big Politics? Theres no better place than the NI Archive for an informed and independent view.

The NI Archive is available either in this CD-ROM version or in a 2Gb USB version.
Over 300 issues of the all-important New Internationalist magazine are just a mouse click away. On the 2009 NI Archive youll find all of the award-winning analysis spanning 29 years of New Internationalist magazines from January 1980 through to December 2008, all accessible via an easy-to-use Mega-index with 34,000 entries.
Looking for some background on climate change? Simply go to the mega-index on the NI Archive and you'll find important historic articles:
- An NI Magazine from 1990 titled "Global Warming: how to turn down the heat."
- The July 2006 Magazine's critical analysis of carbon offsets.
The Archive is available on CD-Rom or a 2GB USB Flash Drive for ultra-portability and higher speeds. You can read the magazines on-screen from the CD-ROM or USB, or simply use it as a high-speed index to your printed back issues of New Internationalist magazine.
If you purchase the Flash Drive version, you can keep your copy of the archive on this drive for portability, while using the spare 1GB available on the Flash Drive for your own personal use, or if you wish, download the complete archive to your computer and have the whole 2GB available for personal use.
NI Archive Upgrade: For users of any old NI Ark version, upgrade to the 2009 Archive (either CD-Rom or USB version) at a cheaper price.
System requirements: Mac OSX, Windows 98 to Vista, Linux. Requires an installed web browser. Recommended browsers include: Safari, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox. Mac OS9 users will need to buy the USB version instead of this CD-ROM version.
Available as:
- CD-ROM only
