A mixed seasoning combining the native herbs Mountain Pepper, Anisata, Native Mint and Pepperberry with garlic and parsley in a salt base.
Great with scrambled egss and fried tomatoes for breakfast, or on sandwiches for lunch. Adds interest and complexity in many dishes where ordinary salt is called for.
