Large, extremely delicious gourmet cashew nuts, harvested by local villagers from trees growing wild in the jungles of the west coast of Sri Lanka. While not certified organic, these cashews grow in an area far from any farmland, and where no artificial fertilisers or chemicals have ever been used. They are simply roasted with vegetable oil, chilli and sea salt to make a fabulous accompaniment to cold beer and other drinks for festive season get-togethers.

Completely Fair Trade also, so they make a great conversation piece at the party, and an excellent last minute gift for discerning friends.
