The Super Parp-Buster

Slim Pickles and Jolly spend all day in their shed on a hill inventing knick-knacks and nobblers and thing-a-me-jigs. When they build a road to their shed lots of visitors drive up the hill to see these inventions, but then the air grows thick with parps and pollution.

They try to devise a machine to trap all the parps, but when this doesn't work they decide what the world really needs is a super parp-buster!

Complete with discussion notes for use by teachers of lower and middle primary school students. The notes identify key concepts underpinning the story, and include information and exercises to encourage thinking about environmental and transportation issues such as pollution, greenhouse emissions, the Kyoto Protocol, and photosynthesis.
